However, company is still hiring people from outside. 10-15 people are called for the interview daily and on the other side Capgemini, Noida is putting Igate employees on bench for only 1 month notice. Else it will be an ATL. Capgemini is itself doing Automation of projects and reducing cost on the project and increasing its profits. Capgemini, Noida is also retaining senior management relatives. Capgemini, Noida is badly effected by Nepotism culture.

What about Capgemini Noida is retaining only top management relatives and Capgemini is perfectly following Nepotism culture. Capgemini should be banned in India if it is not a safe company for anyone. Capgemini has the policy of making its employees fool. They called for an interview internal and reject as skills not matching. There is a word called Training and Upskilling, I think Capgemini is just a blood s---ing company of Indians. Ouch!
