To gain the trust of any exec you simply have to buy in 100%--never question unethical behavior and act as if EAW makes up for low salaries, cut bonuses and threats
This is truly the sh--iest place I’ve ever seen. Mgmt is a JOKE! All that matters is promotion of women and minorities. White male discrimination is blatant. If you’re a white male, expect to be bypassed for promotion by individuals completely unqualified for their positions.......that’s if they haven’t already figured a way to get you out the door. I have to drag myself in the door each day! Praying I find something else.
Why would SIU monitor this site? What happened to freedom of speech? Unless SIU is reporting to the execs so they can try to figure out who to target for a write up, demotion or termination. I think that's called retaliation...what an ethical company!
The true story is a company that is in dire need of some outside investigations. Employee moral has never been so low across the company. They will be removing a ton of jobs in the next 6-8 months. Nothing immediate, as they want the good review after EAW to boost their fabricated image. There is an article out now where they discuss the diversity there. It is not diverse, but a purposeful push against white men. Reverse discrimination that is overlooked and buried by HR. This site in monitored daily by their Special Investigations area. The people who work there find it comical, and agree with the content found here. Why? Because it is the truth. Just so many people willing to continue going in and collecting a pay check because they are afraid of change. And, it is easy to go in a collect a pay check and do virtually NO work.

I have always questioned the wisdom of this video. Seems to be somewhat morally and ethically questionable at best. The underlying message is just wrong! How could DA approve this ad? Especially with the history of the his family and Aflac. I hope that the true story finally gets told about the culture of aflac and the amos family.
