Is it me or has lately the culture at Enbridge become all about clock watching? if so why is senior management involving itself in this pettyness and micro management behaviours...

It is just you buddy. Not all people have good ethics and it is just your consience knocking on you for actually getting paid 8 hours a day but only worked half of it. Don’t worry, it’s a good sign. Meaning, soon you will become a better person and you will actually render services for the money that you actually paid.

Who is clock watching? That is not Enbridge culture especially now where nobody cares. And why feel or think guilty if you are actually working the hours that you said you did and actually paid to you? I will only feel guilty if I didn’t actually work those hours that I said I did because that is equivalent to stealing from Enbridge.
