Wow, you missed the bus with the VRP. I would’ve jumped all over it had I qualified. I laugh my but off seeing the guys who turned it down, twice, and now see what a mistake that was, cry and piss and moan about woulda shoulda coulda. The writing has been on the wall since day one. Make the money while your here, and keep a resume handy. And vote YES to any union, simply because they want you to vote no.
Yeah the ivrp have arrived with last review. They are fudging numbers and dropping review to push you out the door.
