Just exactly what are you going to do for us
I don't understand why everyone is so full of hate for what has gone on here over the past year or so. Just because you have a union doesn't mean a damn thing as I see it look what happened to spectrum. What can you bring to the table to prevent that.
i know about 200 guys who worked for Cablevision as techs that affected 1800 workers lives you have power you just don't know it yet
Brooklyn is good if you want to do something call someone from the directory they secured theirs they are not worried about getting laid off and believe me I know 'facts' Oakland is just as secure
I am not a union organizer i do not need to convince you of anything I'm good and I am in a secure situation I wanted my fellow coworkers to be in the same situation, so keep doing you obviously your worried about something and need some guidance, unless your trolling for management if your on this site.

Oops they made a mistake of course I make mistakes but not with someones livlyhood. And notice there no support from Oakland Brooklyn or one of your union rep or spectrum saying a word.

The union represents the employees you vote to strike (employees) or not period it’s that simple. I would not have went on strike the union made a mistake have you ever made a mistake, they were not aware of the Altice factor I am pretty sure charter was and used those scabs as mercenaries. Did you ever make a mistake maybe by signing over to Ats for that 2%sign on bonus Jordan Mone? Instead in of having a guaranteed 5 years from the PSC or 2 from jersey.

Where's the answer. The answer is all the techs from here jumped ship to be scabs so they got experienced techs to fill in at 45 an hour so why would the company negotiate with the union that's the problem but let me say this to all those scabs spectrum isn't going to hang onto them all when the strike is over so I'm sure they will try crawling back here for a job. And as far as this place if you don't think you need representation for a company like this then you truly need to open your eyes. Id rather protect what I have left for me and my family then put my tail between my legs and take the beating from a company that would post your position faster then the newspaper posting your obituary if you died.
I am a tech and I don't want to be jammed up in a situation I can't get out of spectrum had a union u saw what happened there where's a union guy to answer me.

You don’t understand why techs are full of hate? Have you been around for the last year? Have you been affected by any of the changes at all? And all the glitches in our vacation time, payroll and other day to day things. If you haven’t been then you sir are blessed. I wish I could see what’s going on through your eyes. But reality is we gave this company a chance and we don’t see a future or career here anymore all it looks like is a temporary position. So while we are here we might as well secure what we have for the time being, and get that resume up...UNION STRONG
