Most of the senior/principal staff passes down their work just by attending few calls
Actual work is passed to first level, first pass it on to second level etc
Rest of the time dial in some other calls , check social websites and stocks
Some of the roles are on the record, taking credit of somebody else work
Time to find fake performer and clean it up
