Fb uses disciplinary action as a cover to escape being sued for wrongful termination.. welcome to the real face of Facebook.
If you get called in building 56 or I think it's 27 they have two conference room you can't book with shaded glass . They will be sneaky and ask you to come and suddenly there be 4-5 ppl and they will ambush you
