or the kind low end work that this firm takes up at below par market rates as part of one sided contracts with some not so reputed clients, only third rate talent can waste their time chasing deadlines... under managers which are worse than third rate ....
third rate managers, DMs and DDs cant manage top notch talent....
some top rate folks joined in the past by mistake or compulsion and paid heavy price and quit to save their careers...
the only attraction this third rate family business company has was h1B visa .... which is gone now.... so they need to make do the third rate fresher they hired in bulk from indore, ahmedabad etc
many universities in south have black listed syntel based on alumni feedback.....
