ATS is exactly what we should've expected it to be.....a complete smoke show. That's why it was never introduced to the union shops for fear of being fully exposed.
It should be crystal clear to every remaining employee here that Altice does not and will never have our best interests. That's why it's imperative for every depot to follow the example that has long been set for us. If you still sleeping then wake your àss up.

So HR reply’s back for issues with the union but ignores you with other issues like vacation time, paycheck errors and other day to day issues. But union stuff they will reply ASAP. You gotta be kidding me right now. Lando are you pro company or a current employee but where do you stand?

I know that and you are 100 percent correct , but you also know they will get rid of us eventually so we might us well go with our heads high and not thinking why if us would chose the other way , so let's go with a fight and our dignity strong and not feel like a useless human resource.
I agree we need to do something... But as far as any Union giving you security from being let go .. your sadly uninformed read some union contracts Companies always have a layoff clause !!! To freeze what we have now and work while the negotiating goes on I will be all in , But We all need to go with the same type of Union strength are in Numbers !!!! Either CWA or hate to say it IBEW ...
Well well well, these time we either succeed or we get step on like we always have , I'm surprise to see how many techs are interested in being represented I guess we can all see thru the vale clear . I hate the politics that come with a union but rather deal with that then get constantly thinking they are going to replace all of us , I'm in all the way .will have to look for another job if these don't work out.
