Mark M got 1 million usd in cash, the other 9+million was in stock awards,
Interesting in that Krishma S got 11 million in 2017 (most of that in severance)
The annual report was just filed with SEC. Interesting in that their highlights was
1 Improved diversity

Cutting as much support staff as possible

Replacing the management team. (Note the the majority currently are over 60 and the youngest is 53 and NONE of them rose up the ranks in Weatherford as they all came from other companies). Nice incentive for the people internally Weatherford to strive to make it to the board if they keep poaching from other companies,
I hope most of that compensation was in stock.
