Thread regarding Altice USA (Cablevision) layoffs

Where are my 401k contributions for the past week.

Just realized, that my money is not deposited into fidelity, when it's taken from my paycheck. It's deposited a week later! What are they doing with it? Investing it?

That's a USA policy. Not ATS. We still accumulate over the 160 hours (4 weeks)

If you look at Marquee it will let you know that you accrue at 6.15 per pay period and you will be capped at 160,120,or 80 until you start using some of that time. Once you get below max number you start to accure again. Keep in mind that you get paid 3 times in a month twice a year and that's where the numbers add up. Shady a$$ company not even meeting with us to let us know about this policy change.

For the time being ATS can still accumulate more than 4 weeks. AUSA is capped at 4 weeks.

You still get 4 weeks a year. Do your math. Hours accumulate per pay period now. Not per month

To many unknown issues going around. The only time we have meetings or anything actually gets answered is when we talk about unions. Why does it have to come to that. What happened to direct communication with management? All we want to do is work and provide for our family and treated fairly.
