After 12 years of loyal commitment and hard work my store closed and instead of giving me a severance package like I was supposed to get. HR told me that it cost the company too much money so instead of giving me the package they overstaffed me at another store and reduced my hours.....
I never called HR they called me to tell me that I was not going to get a severance package. But I came to found out that packages were offered to employees with less tenure.... I loved Sprint.
