So this replaces the Warehouse Run. Did anybody actually even know about this? I see two ATS employees that won. Of course in the Suddenlink footprint. I'll be honest though, never heard boo about this. Anybody?

Funny. Us on the Suddenlink side think the opposite. Every decision gets made on the east coast and we not only dont have a say in it, nor see the people who makes these calls or know who they are. Every teleconference is east coast. Every new program is implemented on east coast and when you question anything the response is, “thats not how we do it in New York.”
These guys closed the only call center that was on my footprint even though it was 5xs less for rent, employee wages and everything else then to run on the east coast so im not sure what benefits the 100 employees here that got laid off received that are better then what you speak of?

never heard of it either.....it does seem like suddenlink and the call centers get catered to!
