so if upper management is pulling out millions from stock,...its not coming from DeVry...its coming from ATGM.

I would take a 20%-30% pay cut to save my job, since it’s been hella tough trying to get a new one ( three years on the market). They should give us that option before doing layoffs. It’s a much better choice than a 100% paycut.

A real question is compensation from ATGM to DV to Cogswell...no raises due to no funding for that in fiscal yr 2019. If there were position developments plan on increase pay level.. will that go away?? I bet, we get paid really good compared to cogswell employees.
So how is that going to work????
What scares me about this town hall is the most important to our survival which JB briefly talked about but had no fancy graphs or charts is our continuing persistence. Yeah he said we are up some ridiculous number, but that doesn’t mean we are profitable and salvageable. There are more continuing students then new, so they dodged the real issues in my mind.

There is nothing in email about colleague separations. They are taking away the yearly bonus and upping the 401k match instead. That will save them a chunk of change this year....maybe it will save some jobs.
