Most cams make $50K + . I know of two that make over $75k that came from CQ. That’s only the base. You have to add in bonus on top of that!
Product Specialists / What ? Cams / What ? The more positions Advance gets rid of, the more money can be kept at the top, oh wait, you need sales for profits / What?
CAM's done make much more than that. Average base salary for a CAM is $42K. That's about $5-6K less than an brand new GM.
Cams make a lot more than that. Most of the product specialists moved on or are riding things out as long as a check shows up.
They just don't care anymore, Sales reps are only there to colect a paycheck just like the cams making 50 K a year. while the rest of us make 9.00 an hour. This company S---s!
