Any layoffs on friday? I didn’t hear of anything. I only heard about Thursday

55 people laid off yesterday. Brutal for the size of our company. Cohen said we wouldnt get laid off. He said we would first be offered telecommute in the event our campus would go to teach out mode...but Nooo instead they let us all go. Liars liars

Some good people let go today for the wrong reasons. I get tired of management telling us to win the race, and if we don’t we’ll get written up. When we say anything about the vehicle they provided us with has square wheels, and we think it would be better to have round wheels, they tell us the data states otherwise. Data comes from algorithms written by humans, and not on the tracks where people are trying to win the race. Data is only as good as the people the write the algorithms - which is why this company continues to fail. They are laying off the wrong people and will continue to do so because that is what their “data” says. Good luck selling those square wheels when your race is over....

I work within the AFC department, and just wanted to let everyone know that we are processing paperwork for 30 severance packages today, which will be delivered by tomorrow. I can tell you that the way it looks, everyone that has been with the company for 7 years or less, will be handed paperwork to discontinue their services here.
