Going much much lower. Smart money left years ago, you folks with lips stuck to managers behind, have gotten just what you deserved - Butt flavored Kool Aid! Keep drinking it up. As for me sold the stock long ago, seen mismanagment at Kalamazoo, Keystone Kops Stock, 60 Minutes- TL - lying on sidn off on Health Form. But I guess you have been riding this long, might as well go all the way to bottom. Sell Sell Sell!

Seems like a number of childish perspectives have now landed in this forum. We give a third (or more?) of our weekly lives to a corporate entity, so yes, of course we are invested (mentally, emotionally, financially) to varying degrees.
Actually taking a moment to think deeply, then share a constructive thought with others here is always more productive than a snap judgement / rant. Managers now expect a certain amount of distrust, frustrated ranting, even paranoia.
Since 2014, I too, experienced betrayal, suspicion of my leaders' real intent, gently spoke logical truths to authority, and watched them raise their hands in a disaffected "oh well, its just a job, right?" fashion. My own people leader finally admitted he had basically just "checked out" mentally AFTER they kicked him out of the company (he spoke candidly over beers with me months later.
Those of us still connected with Enbridge are watching various levels of our leadership still reeling from a combination of [market / regulatory factors out of their control], + [basic human ineptness in the face of significant change]. I now believe the Spectra could have been a good move - if only Enbridge ELT didn't keep sticking its chest out to keep proudly luring investors with higher dividends - all the while wringing their hands at night about the crappy market and its effect on our bottom line. I actually feel like selling off our land-based green energy assets will take Enbridge backwards in the modern economy. I used to be proud that we were slowly diversifying beyond crude, and that it gave us more street cred (for legitimate reasons).
The whole thing is somewhat demoralizing, and contrary to what some snide contributors here offered us, I did see a future with this company. Somehow being packaged out doesn't really feel so bad, looking to the future...
Yeah, sell at the 52 week low. Brilliant move.
