When IT industry giving 100 per cent variable.. Syntel giving 30 per cent variable pay is a big insult to you & your efforts you put in all these years.. Attrition expect to zoom.. once increment letters are out.. increment s this year is expected to be around 7pet cent. .. Offshore Software Engineers are paid not even $1000 a month.. see big offshore attrition in this quarter
