The definition of "good times" has changed in favor of corporations. You think the media is reporting for the people? Hell no.
This should also be a "telling" story of what's truly going on in housing/real estate... it's NOT as "rosy" as the media makes it out to be... mass layoffs rarely occur during the "good times..."
