Yes. No merit increases this year that is true. But NAD got their bonuses and us "jelly" people are getting nothing. The "jelly" people are making your numbers and metrics so why don't you take your bonus and split it with us. But hey we still have a jobs for the time being
NAD received bonus today. With notes that there will be no merit increases this year or the foreseeable future. But.......the new bonus program will be designed so we have a “greater bonus opportunity”. In Sycamore Partner language, I heard someone say level one is jelly of the month club all the way up to the large fruit basket at the end of the year. But that could just be rumors.
