Prysmian spent $3 billion dollars to make money - a lot of it. They will go after redundancies and will try to squeeze as much profit as possible. If you've been with General Cable long enough you'll know that resources are expensive, especially people- So Prysmian will go after people. There is overlap in IT and Finance, HR, etc. All back office jobs are not safe.
