@1ler - Here is some fun! Turns out that ATGE (by way of DeVry Inc -> DeVry U -> DeVry Edu Group -> Adtalem Edu Group) is the entity that owns the building, and will be the landlord to DVU who will be "leasing" the space from ATGE. DVU will also likely be paying ATGE for a number of "as-a-service" items like physical security (badge readers, badge printing, camera recording) and possibly even network connectivity!
Cogswell will be leasing the Naperville building from adtalem.
just like everything....with this company, they just want to stay away from DVU.
and this is all happening a few days before our town hall.
Will AdT still be paying the rent for the Naperville office?
