Most of them are only 20% bandwidh loaded, and their main role is
- Adding ++ (lead role)
2 forwarding down CR and up status, minimum 3 levels passing down assignment
3 echoeing email ( I concur ) or simply giving weightage for less useful mail
Jumping in only sending congrats email
5 just dialing in the call , 3mins participation in 1hr call
6 designating as lead but not doing really lead role
7 too many leads, most of the leads hardly works 1 hr a day to follow up and attending, most of leads spends more time preparing slides and updating Excel sheet more than actual getting it done
8 Making fun of others in the name of active team players
