The AIP amount was low and they told me that I may not get one next year. The manager did a good job of convincing me that I'm wasting my time here.

I also got less than 100% but have heard some employees got far less. I work about 60 hours a week and have never had a bad review in my 8+ years here. Like you, my manager could not tell me any reasoning I did not get the 111% stated by leadership. I'd like to know where the leftovers went too.
I worked my a-- off last year and got 90%. I did everything they asked of me and more. And my boss couldn't tell me what I did wrong, what I could do to improve, what I could do next year to get more. I heard some people got 160%. I'd like to know what they did better than me. I also heard some people got less than me and I know them to be great employees. Am I going to bust it this year again? No, I am not. There's no loyalty left for TD based on conversations I've had with others. Everyone pretty much hates it there now.
