Yea worked at a distribution center for a couple months last summer. Talk about poor working conditions and being worked like a slave. Decided it wasn't worth breaking my body for this greedy company.

It’s company wide. Card board cutout of supposed culture of values but behind the fecod is a toxic set of mandates to bully, threaten, and retaliate. It is definitely all of Walmart. It has gotten worse and next year’s evaluations will be worse. It’s either work yourself sick and play that political game no matter who gets wrongfully trampled or find another job. Either way, it’s nearly intolerable to work here anymore.

Walmart is bullying every one at the distribution centers into quitting and have been for a few years. I loved when they STOLE my sick hours 2 years ago and cut my pay last year. That 15 cent raise this year was the best I've seen in years (and many got nothing), of course they raised "rate" 15% as well. Yea I'm gonna break my back to make the same money I made 4 years ago. Working every single damn holiday for normal pay is great too. Constant mandatory overtime is fun too, due to the fact that most sane people have already quit. The only thing keeping us running is the temp services and the "quality" folks they bring lol. Anyone considering a job at the DC might want to reconsider.
