Agreement made around midnight last night. 100% job security was obtained. Waiting for discussion and ratification. Return to work Wednesday morning. Solidarity still works!

This isn’t just happening now, it is just getting publicity because of the strike. I will not say it wasn’t a union member but to put blame on the union without definitive proof shows ignorance.

If everyone is claiming ‘these things happen’ then my question is why is it happening so precise and happening during the strike. This should happen throughout the year not just all of a sudden now. Who is Lonnie mentioned in this string? Is he a main guy in the union members? Word in WV is union guys setting up everything.

Anyone who has been to WV knows the terrain is unforgiving. Diversity is a luxury some areas don’t have. There are plenty of areas where there is only one way in and one way out due to the mountains. I work in this state and can say the area in question has had issues before. All it takes it is one tree to fall from the hillside to cause an outage.

Not frontier worker here, other Telco worker. There has not been a day I could tell you that I have not seen a fiber or cable cut somewhere in the network. It happens and will happen again.... That's horse $h!t the union is being dog wistled to be responsible... Bull... Fibers get cut... I would be more interest in why one cable getting cut knocks down that many... Can I get a deversity review please?

What everyday person knows where to cut fiber? Over 7,000 people were out according to the newspaper article. Coincidence? I think not. Sounds like internal workers job. Doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see that. Im a union member but I don’t condone the actions our members are taking. I know many do take these actions upon themselves from what I’ve heard and seen.

Fiber cuts are nothing new. Just because CWA is on strike against a piss poor managed company doesn’t mean they caused the outage. If Frontier would take a step back to see how bad things are run maybe they could make something out of the company. Instead, they want to try throw shade on the very people that want to make the company successful. If Frontier fails CWA fails.

They're being cut or the workers on strike are cutting them?
