So sad to see friends and colleagues go. Sad to see the others disheartened at the present and future of our jobs in FL. We all might like our bosses and trust what comes out of their mouths, but the reality is that we are just a number. From the top looking down, we are just digits. Yeah, it's about business and shareholders, and lean this or that! We ARE the most unlean organization I've engaged with. Since the RFMD merge with Triquint we all expected challenges, but this is ridiculous. Bring back Ralph! At least he took the time from his busy life to visit our location and attempt to boost morale. I don't even know how to pronounce Butterwhatever's name nor could I find him in a crowd.
