When is management going to give up on the coaching aspect?

Mine has already given up. They have already told us the systems are so messed up they can’t even set goals because they don’t know to measure things yet. So yeah, they are here for the paycheck too. They know there’s no future or way they can really make this a career. Just holding on till the end like the rest of us.
