Field service techs have to do 7 jobs minimum a day now. No more point system. If you dont complete your 7 jobs it goes against you. What if that one box install takes you 3 hours cause your on the phone with vdo or the house has failing devices? They are doing this to weed people out. Your supervisor is not your friend and will lie to your face to save his

A$$ and get himself a bonus for saving on payroll.

I literally don’t know one tech that is happy with working for Altice. I feel if anyone is backing the new company has no backbone! Finally get double time incentive !! You can have your blood money! Hope the new fiber fails... these guys are hanging fiber with tape. They introduced a new construction position cause they couldn’t get retards to do it! Hang wire with tape... what a special job. We don’t need representation!? Ok

They dont know lando, these guys talk out their a$$e$ cause they think they do. They have no balls. Cave in to management. Get a free meal and pep talk and they forget all about it then come in tbe next day and complain about their routes. They dont understand how theres power in numbers. They just fall to management divide and conquer tactics.

How can you possibly know what their new contract will consist of?

If other shops were smart enough to join Brooklyn, we would've had more bargaining power at the table. We'd have to much more leverage negotiating all terms and conditions of our employment.

Brooklyn techs WILL be affected by this once your new contract is in place. You are UNAFFECTED because you had a contract when it was still cablevision.... (oh yeah....it is your ME TOO contract)

points have been gone for couple months. Productivity is strictly what you complete. if it's not home, it goes against you. if it cancels at door, it counts against you. Any job you start but do not complete goes against you. The fact that you have to leave on time and they take two jobs back does not go against you. Basically goes by your summary at the end of the day

Xerox was doing similiar things last year before I was laid off. Get your pay stubs together, you may need them to get unemployment.
