Salary decrease in Poland

Due to HR and/or finances incompetence since January this year all developers in Poland got 10% decrease of a salary. It's a classic passive-aggressive Sabre way to force people out in Poland. Many people will leave on their own and the ones that remain will be happy working for 10% pay cut.

Sure, but why almost no other IT company in Krk doesn't need this new guidance and proceeds as before the new law (which by the way is better for software companies than the law we had before)?

It’s not Sabre’s decision, but change in the law related to Tax Deduction. We cannot follow guidance from 2017. We need to get new official guidance how to calculate tax deduction.
