Thread regarding ADP layoffs

ADP MAS Core Implementation- ???

What has been the process of announcing layoffs in other cities? Locally, we are seeing a lot of unaddressed changes and vague answers in Dallas.

Meeting scheduled "in office" for all MAS Core implementation in our office next week. Leadership continues to say we have nothing to worry about; but tell-tale signs are everywhere for those with HR backgrounds.

Livelihoods are at stake, and they should consider how they would feel in the same situation--no answers.

Are the Corporate Executives telling the employees they are being let go, or just their reporting manager?

Does anyone know if Canada is even impacted and when? There are 2 offices there, Mississauga & Etobicoke.

It is nothing less than the de-HUMANizing of HUMAN Resources. The Global Town Hall was a joke and a big waste of good servicing time. It proved nothing but acceleration of these types of steps called layoffs.

I agree with all of the replies here. My location received notice that our office is closing this May. We were told by management upnto the last minute before we found out that we were getting laid off to “work our hardest and make it hard for ADP to get rid of us.” It was all lies because ADP was just trying to squeeze every last ounce of work out of us. Management already took away our production bonuses last year and told us that we would do more with less clients. Again lies!! Instead we were bogged down from taking on clients from colleagues who left ADP. This is the most depressing place to work. I wouldn’t recommend it to my enemies!

These sentiments are 100% accurate. They tow the company line until they die, lies and all.

I think you should wait it out. It could be paranoia and nothing to be concerned about. If you find yourself worried, it may be time to look elsewhere anyway. You can't expect to be motivated to give your ALL, in angst.

ADP leadership is dishonest, unethical and could not care less about ruining families future. I personally know 10 - 12 former associates (I'M one also) in which ADP lied up to the very last minute. They don't care ......severance and Early Retirement is something you agree to and sign just to cover their butts against class A lawsuits. Please don't believe a word they say.....not a word ! Sooner or later you will be gone.......

Agree. ADP management is going to say that everything is fine, right up to the last minute.

I hate to come across as a cynic here, but honestly, when ADP Leadership says you have nothing to worry about, it generally means you have plenty to worry about. They are lying disingenuous unethical scum.

Can't hurt to get the resume ready just in case.
