Rumors are going around that the discussion of having India doing our drawings and other tasks is a coverup for them to train them and then lay off employees in the US.
It’s already bad that they are laying off shop guys to outsource more stuff, which hasn’t worked and we keep having issues because of this even though upper management has been warned constantly that this will not work. But when you have your head up your a-- you don’t listen.
This management is the worse management at this company since it’s inception. The same people that are screwing up GE are now over here destroying Exterran. Everyone says it and knows it. The scoffing while Andrew did his last town hall by people who weren’t on site at Brittmoore was happening constantly and obviously.
Hey Andrew. How about instead of an apology tour that points the finger incorrectly at others, how about you go on an apology/retirement tour and let our customers know that it’s your incompetence and bad decisions that are causing problems and then replace yourself with someone who isn’t a moron.
