Qorvo management Abuse and negligence is in epidemic proportions. The managers are self motivated and self involved. They are mostly undereducated, male dominated, with a mindset of entitlement. They put their interest before the safety of their subordinates.
They certainly know of abuse, continue to allow it to happen and/or participate in the abuse on all levels; mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.
The leads as well participate in hazing, group hazing, and the management and supervisors know what is going on. They know of the physical abuse, harassment, erroneous write ups to build a case, due to job insecurity and fear of not climbing the ladder or getting caught fooling around with women or sitting around doing nothing or covering for others playing hooky.
The lack of professionalism is appalling. They hire from within and promote those lacking a formal education. The mentality of management, leads and trainers should encourage growth within but they all operate on limited belief system due to lack of intellect. And out of fear of losing their status and position they work on lies, racial prejudice and the constant use double negatives as well as setting others up to fail.
