Mismanagement of money and people
Only "essential" ( which includes PE Ee and managment personel) people were offered a chance to move to another location, and they were also offered the option to go for up to 6 months " with paid room and board" and an extra amount up to 2400 dollars amonth in addition to their normal pay if they only go for the temp assigment. Kinda crazy if you ask me when some of the "essential" people are also being let go........but you know when you know how to run things you really do.
No one offered anything for FL employees, five employees let go from each shift, we have no bodies on floor. One operator per area left.
I'm sorry to hear this. Why are they not being up front with the staff? Were you offered the chance to move to TX or OR like the Florida staff?
