Company stated they would open 40 new stores in 2018, but my middle management relative has seen zero proof of anything coming. By now, leases would be signed and there would be orders for inventory and plans for hiring, but none of this is happening.
Sounds more like spin they added to the 110 store closure notice, and why would you open 40 stores if sales are so bad you have to close 110?
Makes no sense.
