I still feel bad for former colleagues still in Framingham, where good times go to die.
I am way better off now that I am out of there, the huge weight of toxic s--- that I carried around is...gone.
Staying, looking, and eventually leaving as that is the natural cycle of things. I shall do that at my next job as well. You don't just work at one job and retire anymore. You can't take it so personal.
You will end up poisoned and posting hateful spew on websites like this forever... oh wait...

Anyone staying is probably a generalist with greater uncertainty of the world outside of Staples than uncertainty in the job they think they know.

Staying. happy with my pay, bonus, job requirements, and immediate management. I guess I am the rare bird around here.
If it ends, I will say goodbye, and move on to my next adventure.
The CMO had management in place, that couldn't follow basic ADA and Domestic Violence laws for remote workers in their state.
Looking, can't wait to get away from this street sh!tter management.

I'm from the retail side and I left. Couldnt put up with the toxic culture any longer. When I started with Staples I felt like part of a team and my teams always put up solid to exceptional numbers (always finished in the top 20% of the company).
Left. Still lurking here for news until I get the bonus payout.

Always looking, open season once bonuses come through. I don’t know if Staples is a sinking ship, though it def feels that way. Too much uncertainty, especially when CEOs & CMOs are being let go pretty abruptbtly....
