What you are seeing now is step 1 of the systematic elimination of the easiest department to replace -which is field service.

Bbt1s are being hired to replace you for less money

If they are laying off, then why are they still hiring BBT I's in NJ? I can see unloading a few vans. If you have 20 vans sitting and only hiring two techs, it only makes sense to unload a few. Hell, I've seen them locally at used car lost BEFORE the buyout and ATS mess.

@SZmsWbo-1sdk. It's a lot easier to unload a at will shop. Think you drank the grape Kool aid.

Oakland doesn't have a contract because they STILL aren't done bargaining one and it's certainly not because the company is staling them. True story @SZmsWbo-1sdk

Is Lodi osp covering all on call or did this not change there?

Union needs to come down to monmouth. Supervisors are weak and could care less about anything but themselves. Everyone is running scared. Techs are more than happy to run this place into the ground. Take my dues please.

At least nothing can change during the Negotiations... like this lame OSP non sense going on ... feeling safe ??? USA , ATS really doesn’t matter all the same ship and when she sinks we all doomed

In a non union shop, I sort of feel more secure to an extent. Let's say AUSA decides they don't want to deal with union shops, they could easily unload them. Oakland STILL doesn't have a contract almost a year later. doesn't sound like they want to negotiate too much in all honesty.

I heard they were selling off the full size vans to the contractors and laying off the field service techs and keeping osp to field service work and osp work and the rest will goto contractors. That's there plan we gotta hurry up and get the cards in quickly.
