Does anybody have any knowledge or theories concerning the changes to the various project groups that are currently being reviewed?

Now that we know reductions will be made, does anybody have any ideas on the percent reduced? The groups that will be hit hardest?
Lol 22B in expansion— all held up or just stopped by regulatory, courts, tribes, 360. This moron and his alien friends from the north —- need to be promoted!! Be alot of jobs working on the line 3 Superfind site. Weepers weep- managers lose sleep. Now now pressure down. 1.9 fine small compared to whats coming next.
Remember there are 2 MP groups and they appear to have a merger schedule for late 2018. Per the all company forum questions
MP in Duluth will be busy for a long time, there is 22$ worth of expansion projects awaiting our project teams.
