There was an outbound group in my section (Appliance Customer Service Group, those who work in Greensboro NC will know who the client is) that made courtesy calls; entire group let go and I understand were not even offered jobs in the other cell phone call center in the building, who is hiring like crazy!
There are also rumors that the cell phone customer service group bought the building from Alorica and all other companies having call centers there will be let go. Can anyone comment? There is no warning with this company, you're there one day, gone the next!
