With windows popping out of the aircraft every other week the solution would be simple, window seat passengers would have to weigh at least 200+ pounds so they couldn’t be s---ed out And the plane remain pressurized ( note that I would always qualify for windows seat- not fat shaming )

It’s a tale as old as time ... at Enbridge airlines, women would have the option to either be called “Stewardess” or “Beauty” (they get to decide... diversity and inclusion is a top priority after all!). Al would be busy counting peanuts while the plane goes down...it would crash in Michigan and cause an ecological disaster. They would send more planes after it, which would also crash.
They would pay some consultant to do a risk analysis or engineering assessment then sign some decision record to keep as it is and monitor for another 5 years until something happens then they make it a foundational safety story.
After they annoy employees with the safety story and show managers crying, things go back to normal and they hire another consultant to do the next assessment.
They would most likely tell the employees that if they don't like the windows popping out they are free to leave.
And somehow it would also be Obama's fault.
This could be a safety moment.
You are forgetting the Prooocess. E managers would ground the entire fleet of planes, insist to other airlines they should ground all there planes. Then hire 2-3 thousand contractors to address the airports bathrooms, and restaurants, change the paint color on the planes, and the tires! 6 months later restart airline. Planes would be crashing everywhere - low level workers would be screaming to shut down the airline! Mangers would keep sending planes for 24 hrs (Keystone Kops of Airlines) Seems like a story that gets repeated by the brillant e-screw leaders!!
