Your fearless leader received more than a 13$ raise in 2017. FY 2016 he received $7.2 million in total compensation, FY 20217 was $8.2 million.
Work hard, by my math, each employee needs to produce approximately another 100$ per year, so that Al can continue his pace of buying a new vacation home in Banff every year. (Disclaimer: I don't know that he's actually doing this, but everything else in this post is true.)
