I get a feeling the shops that don’t vote a union in are getting punished for doing what the company wants. Getting tired of all the changes and more responsibilities. This company is coming up with some bad policies because they are worried about money, instead of the customer. Now osp has to roll on business criticals. No more field service or construction on call. We are going to keep losing customers...

Yes. STOP complaining and let's do this. We have given them 6 years to make things better and they just continue to take things away. When will people wake up and realize enough is enough. Unless you want them to remind you to get another job. Let's get this Union.
