They paid dearly for me to leave. And, they will continue to pay in more tangible ways. Word of mouth. You dont mistreat 100s without it impacting recruiting.

Sometimes (most of the time) it's not about the money. It's about your sanity. I quit a production job (not Devon) before layoffs with no severance and haven't looked back. Do what your gut tells you.
