He WON HIS CASE in Federal court and he’going back to work . Judge ruled in his favor that he was wrongfully fired.
He’s getting all $$$$ back pay for two years and more.
Way to go!!!😀
He had NO contempt for management. He just stood up to management when no one else would or was too scared to, spoke up and tried to be heard instead of standing there and taking it like everyone else. Big difference.
The time that I worked there with him, he was disrespectful to authority and had a chip on his shoulder.Not saying who was right or wrong but you could see his contempt for all management.And no I didn't work for management.He acted like the world owed him something.I got along with him though.
Just read that red link below with the judges decision. Very interesting. Makes you wonder what else that Supervisor was lying about if the judge saw through that.

So if you read the court transcript the VP of direct sales fired mike wills and that’s because of a presumed facial threat towards the Supervisor....judge saw right through that lie.
It goes beyond that. Unfortunately a few earlier post have been taken off this site
So the best way to explain why Wills got fired is to GOOGLE “trongs” go to videos and watch the video and now you can see why.
Remember the court favored for Wills .

That direct relationship got him fired and 2+ years of a legal battle. Could have been avoided if we had representation!
This is what you get when you have a direct relationship with Management its better at least thats what they say

Good for him ... I do remember hearing about a few guys in the Bx that where removed and transferred.. won to go back ? Not sure of the outcome
