•like being a cog in a money machine that only cares about its stock price
•crushing employees hopes and dreams
•love PowerPoint presentations
•great at lying (this trait is especially handy because you will have to layoff a lot of your employees)

I wonder if Marcus Buckingham regrets selling his company to such a heartless one.....
....and to get promoted to senior mgmt it requires :
a reorg every 2 years, so that you can satisfy your ego
clueless about the true impact of the change to the employees work
ability to create cutesy new acronyms for all the upheaval new programs and reporting structure that your ego created (see first bullet point)
