Monday, 4/30 the announcement will be made. What was traditionally Buck Consultants will be spun off from Conduent, but not ALL. Good luck to all being set free from Conduent’s tyranny. Condolences to those left out. You will find something new and something BETTER.

so are employees going to the new company?
Are there any side bets as to whether or not this deal will close? What happens when they find out the deal they agreed to 3 months ago is a different company than they will have in 3 months from now...
Internal communication totally controlled by Conduent. Agree, very sad that I received Christine Landry's email from a client. Pitiful. But, I don't blame "inept Consulting Leadership". They stuck through getting us through this deal -- which given Conduent had to be painful.
Usual shambolic internal communication on this - clients emailed before any internal communications and are now understandably bombarding client managers with requests for reassurance,etc yet two hours later we are still unsure what we can and can't say. Whilst it is great news that we will soon be rid of Conduent, I do hope that our new buyer has early plans to replace the current inept HR Consutling leadership.
