Thread regarding Sabre Holdings layoffs

Union in MVD

I´ve heard rumors that all the delegates for the union have been either fired, offered an incentive to leave Sabre or just pressured to leave the union, has Sabre that much power to crush an union in less than a few months?

From what I've heard, at least they got a lot of paid leave days that the Uruguayan law forced Sabre to pay, good for them, screwing both the company and their teammates at the same time, no wonder they were pressured from both sides

These ‘clowns’ did not resist the pressure of their own colleagues! That’s the reason for leaving. They wanted to ‘fight’ for things that did not make sense. Started with facilities related stuff all taken care already and then wanted to work a few hours for the same salary.

However, more important than that, did not resist the presure of Fuecys. Fuecys wanted money...

Offered an incentive to leave. They took it because it was their endgame all along. It was never really about "standing for their coworkers"... well played I guess? Would be nice to know how much they got for the stunt tho

It's not power, they wanted to be fired and such, Sabre just offered what they wanted. In the end they've won.

Send your chocolate & flowers to Mr. Sean Putin. Starting a union is not illegal however, stopping & blocking a union creation is illegal.
