There is very little info available on this week's layoffs. Does anybody know the final number of those who were laid off and which locations and departments were hit the hardest?

Does anyone have a good recipe involving chicken thighs? Thanks
Sds is most at risk, but no one is safe. I've heard Sandy cite numerous examples of much larger companies with tighter It budgets (Eg coke). He's used example of dominos that revolutionized their platforms with 1/4 Staples spend.
I chalk the IT bloat up to the absence of good service management and lack of understanding of business processes. Plus, we invested in a bunch of expensive technologies (Splunk, ServiceNow, Hadoop) that we then squandered by not staffing them adequately and not driving adoption to get the desired business value.
Expect more layoffs in SDS. Staples IT budget was roughly 3 times higher than Coke's and delivered medoicre results at best. So much bloat due to the foolish belief that we needed to build everything ourselves.

What is SDS?
