Not only women, blacks were also eliminated at a disturbing percentage. HR, IT, Data & Analytics, OE, PMO...All lost minority representation. Good ol’ boy system is alive and well
Getting rid of and volunteering are two very different aspects?!? Also there was only one that I know of in a leadership role. I could be wrong so please correct me. She also has an intelligent Women stepping in her place.
Be better at what you do, stop using victim credentials as a crutch.
All you have to do is look at the senior management at Devon. It is the white male club, and they are picky about who they let into the club.
