118% sales commissiom. We kicked butt last year. Not sales fault dev couldn't deliver and pivoted away from the platform play. But, it's time to bail that's who so many sales folks have left. Sales is your canary in the coal mine. We see the pipeline a year out. If it wasn't for sales' amazeballs performance last year, your bonuses wouldn't even be 30%. Hug the next sales guy or gal you see.

7 percent merit for me. Keep in mind that top performers are rewarded and bottom performers will receive minimum merit. Bonus not up to par with prior years but glad to receive anything at all given the economic climate.

Following up on my last post, I did excellent work, per my boss, so my individual factor should be at least a 1. So if the average person at the LPB level was given 50% of the expected bonus, or 50% of 15%, that's what I should have received. But I received about half of that as an automatic deposit in my bank account, with no explanation.

50% of what? what % of your base income did you receive as a bonus? I'm asking because I was laid off and got a bonus but it was only about 3-4% of my base income. The goal for my level, LPB, was 15%.
